Who doesn't love a good burger? Whether you like them thin, thick, grilled or seared, beef, turkey or veggie, everyone loves burgers! On a Sunday afternoon, I decided to give Weber Grill a try; I drive by it often and always wonder how they get the big grill to hang off the corner of the building...not really, but I always wonder if they really only use weber grills to prepare their food. The first thing I saw upon walking in was their hours of operation, they are open everyday at 6am, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I walked into the restaurant, I heard the hustle and bustle of a kitchen and saw their kitchen line right next to the dining area. Hmm, that's interesting, I've never seen a restaurant where almost every table was literally two steps away from the expo line. During a lunch or dinner rush, I could see this becoming a problem, guests standing too close or getting in the way of the flow of service. Either way, as I guest, I wanted to be in the action and watch their operations. I quickly decided on a turkey burger and ordered immediately, I didn't talk to my server much because I was so intrigued with all everything around me, I just wanted to observe. There are massive, oversized weber grills that are used to prepare all the burgers, steaks and grilled items, the covers for these grills are equally gigantic and can be loud when closing. I watched a line cook prepare what looked like 20+ burgers on one grill, he flipped, covered, opened, flipped and assembled all these burgers as if he was a machine, flawless and effortless. I was amazed. I then got to enjoy the BEST turkey burger in town and I've had quite a few. I have to say it even beats Epic Burger...this was the most flavorful burger, packed with spice, herbs and love, I could taste it in every bite. A manager walked over and touched the table, asking how I was enjoying my burger, I replied, still chewing "it's great!". I am really looking forward to coming back and trying their steaks or different kinds of burgers. Weber Grill has it goin' on, you should definitely check it out!
