Epic Burger/Rating: 4 Stars

WOW. The definition of Epic is, surpassing the usual or ordinary, particularly in scope or size. Well, Epic Burger has done just that. It surpassed my expectations of the burgers I've had over the years. Imagine, a mouthful of tender and juicy meat, cooked over a flat top. The flavors are sealed between the thin crust then topped with cheese and toppings of your choice. You can choose from a white or whole wheat bun and even order it with a fried egg on top. "Everything tastes better with an egg on top!". I ended up ordering a turkey burger on whole wheat and it was the opposite from my last experience at Market which was dry and flavorless. This turkey patty was packed with seasoning, onions and topped with cheddar cheese. The natural juices from the meat dripped as I took bites from this delectable burger. Before I knew it...it was all gone!

The only thing stopping me from giving this place 5 stars, is their lack of service. It's a young staff who don't seem to have a passion for people or the food. The girl who took my order knew I was a first time diner (because I told her) yet she didn't offer recommendations or sound excited about describing the food. She was monotonous and cold. At the time, I didn't care because I was too involved in checking out their facility, it's a great space and has a flat screen tv to enjoy sports games. They also have a smoothie booth located right by the window which attracts people walking by. I like the location because of the free parking lot and surrounding stores. I think this place will do well, the manager/owner should just work on the quality of service, everything else is right on point!
