There are very few places in the city of Chicago that can provide outstanding service and food. I've never eaten or worked at a restaurant and was so proud to be a part of something revolutionary; the cuisine is not "fusion" as many people may mistaken it as, but is traditional Asian cuisine with a contemporary twist. The menu features foods from China, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. The feedback that I've gotten from many guests is the excitement of trying food that has multiple flavors, textures and temperatures all in one dish. I happily agree with them, some of my favorite dishes are the crispy rice collection (four pieces of sushi rice, pan seared in soy, then topped with your choice of hand cut spicy tuna, seared kobe beef or shrimp tempura with avocado) the devils basket, crispy brussels sprout salad and rock shrimp tempura. All of these dishes have different flavor components that have your taste buds going wild. There is a lot of pride that goes into preparing the food and providing guests with outstanding service and it comes from the entire team. I've learned that no role is bigger than the other, it takes an entire team to satisfy guests from beginning to end. From a strong management team to well trained staff, it's about bringing the best EVERY TIME.
