Ok, it's hard for me to admit this, but I am not one to lie. I had tears in my eyes when I had my first bite at this amazing tapas restaurant. Seriously, it was kind of pathetic but I was just blown away by all the flavors that I was tasting. I love going to places where the Chef truly understands the human palate and creates dishes that will leave you breathless. For our apps, we started off with the Croquetas De Mariscos -seafood croquettes which were melt in your mouth heaven. Then for entrees I had the steak sandwich which was cooked to perfection served with patatas Fritas house-cut fries with spicy paprika aioli and to finish the Croquetas De Xocolata milk chocolate croquettes, banana marshmallow, rose mary caramel, arbequina olive oil. My life is now complete. The manager was a delight as I shared my life changing experience with him and assured him that not only will I be back, but I will tell everyone I know to enjoy my amazing experience.
